This is so interesting to see. I've never made puddings before. It looks like a lot of fun.
May we have the recipe for the puddings? Are these a form of "plum pudding"?

Mary, scroll down a bit and you will find the recipe. Look for "Christmas Puddings" ;). And yes, Christmas pudding is (or was once) plum pudding.
